Meet Your Hosts

Who We Are

We exist to bring people back to themselves and to each other. By weaving together holistic wellness, mindful movement, and the grounding power of nature, we create retreats that cultivate deep, core-centred community.

Because when we gather with purpose, in beautiful spaces, with open hearts, connection becomes the catalyst for lasting transformation.

This is a different kind of retreat experience. One that meets you where you are, challenges you where it matters, and supports you in becoming more connected, grounded, and fully yourself.

  • We believe wellness is powerful alone, but transformative together. Our retreats are designed to foster genuine connection, shared meals, meaningful conversations, and collective experiences that build trust and belonging.

  • We guide you back into your body through intentional movement and workshops, support you with deeply nourishing local food, and create space for reflection, growth, and genuine connection.

  • Our retreats are not about escaping your life, they are about learning how to inhabit it more fully. To feel strong and steady, open and curious. To reconnect with your core, not just physically but emotionally and mentally.

  • We keep our retreats intimate so there’s space to be seen, supported, and truly part of something.

Carly Hennessey

A light-hearted, beautifully balanced soul who moves through life with ease and laughter. She finds joy in the simple pleasures - film photography, long afternoons at the beach, and sipping on an Aperol spritz as the sun dips low. With a natural warm and grounded energy, Carly brings a sense of calm wherever she goes.

Her love for pilates has become something deeper than just movement. It’s her space to slow down, to breathe, and reconnect with both mind and body. Through intentional movement, she’s discovered strength, softness, and the power of creating space for herself in a fast-paced world.

Natasha Kalmanovitch

She embodies slow, intentional living in its most beautiful form. After stepping away from working in finance and corporate burn out, she chose a life guided by presence, purpose, and thoughtful movement. Pilates has become a grounding ritual for her, a way to slow down, tune inward, and move with intention. She especially loves the playful challenge of inversions, finding clarity and perspective both on and off the mat.

Nowadays, her days are filled with discovery the best cafes, restaurants, and scenic viewpoints wherever she goes. Whether she’s setting off on an adventure or preparing her weekly sourdough at home, Natasha brings care, curiosity, and balance to everything she does.
